Welcome to the Ferienwohnung am Maindreieck, located in a quiet residential area of Marktbreit. This 60 m² apartment comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine at your disposal. Amenities include Wi-Fi, smart TV, video on demand, heating in every room, washing machine, and a workspace. Families will find a baby cot and high chair available. Flexible self-check-in ensures a convenient arrival. The apartment is part of a semi-detached house, on the left side as seen from the street, clearly signposted on site. A shared parking space is directly at the house, with additional parking available on the street. Public transport is nearby. One pet is allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed. A shared bicycle storage room is provided. Tennis courts are about a 15-minute walk away. The accommodation is for registered guests only. Please treat the furnishings with care and report any damage promptly. Leave the kitchen clean after use and dispose of waste in the designated bins. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am; please be considerate of the neighbors.
